Besides making cards, which I love to do, I have discovered making journals over the past couple of years. 

Here's a look at the inside showing the pages, pockets, and little surprises.  

While making this mini journal I discovered you can stamp on our pattern paper!  Blank Page Muse pattern paper is what I call semi gloss so I wasn't sure you could stamp on it ... until I tried.

Halloween Tags for Party Favors

Lyneen here to share a few Halloween tags.  This is one of my favorite times of the year.  I love creating Halloween decorations cards, mixed media.  Today I have tags for bags of candy to place on a table for party favors!

How to make a cute and Not so Scary Halloween Card

 Greetings!   today I am excited to share this super cute and not so scary Halloween card that I think will be perfect for my young granddaughter! She is at that age where she seems to get startled and scared easily.  So this cute little card featuring Blank Page Muse's Costume Bear Set of 6 Single Line Art Rubber Stamps by Rick St Dennis.  These bears are so cute and fun to stamp with! 

I chose to stamp with grey archival ink and colored my image with watercolor markers and a water brush. Just look at the detail on this stamp. 

I finished off the card with some matted checkered papers and a few leftover stickers.

It is All About Mushrooms

Hello! Welcome back to the BPM blog! Did you notice that the mushroom is the most popular icon in crafting these days? It seems that there is some kind of mushroom on product releases. That's why today's card, as the title says, is all about mushrooms.

I used the following BPM products on this project: 

Cute Mushrooms Stencil

Butterfly Breezes CLEAR Stamp Set Butterflies Sunflower Wishing Sentiment

I blended Oxide inks to the mushroom stencil. I masked off the areas so I have a mushroom with two colors. I added white dot details to the mushroom cap which I think brought life to the mushrooms. What do you think? I just love this mushroom stencil that I think I am going to create something again with it.

I added a red frame to this panel which is actually a cover-up for a boo-boo. Details on how I saved this panel at my blog. 

The sentiment was heat embossed on the same red cardstock.

Thinking About You

Hello, stamping friends. Welcome by the blog again and thanks for joining me, Karen Letchworth, as I share another FUN card that I created using some of the FAB stamps from Blank Page Muse!  The card I'm sharing today uses primarily rubber stamps.  You can really stretch your money by purchasing the rubber version of a stamp.  You can still use rubber stamps in your Misti, and they're just a really great value. Of course, if you're strictly an acrylic stamp person, Blank Page Muse has that as well.  These FAB stores always offer you the option of acrylic or rubber; so your options are wide open.

I stamped the DARLING Bird w/Small Butterflies (rubber) two times and fussy cut those as well.  I attached them all to my growing card base.  Can you see the GORGEOUS swirls, words and butterflies inside this bird?  GORGEOUS!!!  The final layer is the sentiment (Thinking of You) which is found in the Special Day Stamps - Birthday Hugs Stamp Set by Pam Bray (acrylic).

Happy Fall Pumpkin

 Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today.

Today I am using some amazing products from Blank Page Muse.

Stamps: Pumpkin, Fall Word

Ink the Pumpkin in several colors and stamp on white cardstock.

Die cut the image and mat with a larger die.

Create a card with assorted papers.

Add the pumpkin in the center and place Fall on top with foam adhesives for dimension.

Beware the Bird Man

Hey there, friends!

It’s design team member Walter on the BPM blog today with a fun take on a Halloween card.  This card allowed me to combine my love for vintage looking cards with a stamp that was begging for a story to be told.  I had so much fun with this one!  Beware the Bird Man is a cautionary tale based on some imaginary local lore (or is it imaginary?)

I used the following BPM stamps in making it:

• Vintage Style Hybrid Mystical Character Bird Man Art Rubber Stamp
  
• BEWARE Word Art Rubber Stamp
  
• Faded Page Text Words Rubber Stamp by Terri Sproul
  

Each of these stamps combined to create a vintage looking book page and image.

Easy Colourful Birthday Cards!

 Hi Stamping Fans!

Hope you have all been enjoying the creations this month! the DT have made some great projects for your inspiration!

Today I have some cards inspired by an online art journal class I did last month.

I've used Lindy's magicals to create the shiny coloured strips on the cards.

Here are the supplies I used and links to them in store:

You Make Me Happy Hummingbird Clear Stamp Set

Butterfly Breezes Clear Stamp Set

Numbers & Flowers Half Sheet Set

Steampunk Circus Stamp Set

Honey Bee Honeycomb Stencil by Miss Rach

These cards are really easy! Cut some strips of watercolor paper and use whatever you have on hand to color them - I used Lindy's Magicals - you could use watercolors, any ink sprays you have - delve into your stash!

Once dry stencil with black paint - lots of stencils in store you can use for this step! I used the "dots" from the Numbers & Flowers half set to add a few spots of black to the coloured strips.

Stamp your images on watercolor paper and color with Lindy's Magicals or whatever you used for your strips then fussy cut.

Add some white outlines and paint splatters along with your stamped images and your cards are done!

Fracture Cards

There are lots of things to do with pattern papers so today I'm showing you what are called Fracture cards.  It's a fun way to use double or single sided pattern papers.

Sometimes I get stumped on how to use all those beautiful pattern papers on my cards.  This card idea is fun and addictive.

Third in my Series of Jane Inspired Projects

A Haunted House Sliding Door Shadow Box Card

Hey there, friends!

It’s design team member Walter back on the Blank Page Muse blog today.  What better time than Halloween to make a sliding door card that reveals something spooky?  That’s exactly what I’m sharing with you today!  BPM has a really great haunted house rubber stamp that is showcased behind sliding doors in my shadow box card.

The BPM caution word stamp on the wooden sign warns you to stay out!

And the haunted house has lots of amazing detail hidden behind the fog of night!
