I love my Alice stamps from Blank Page Muse! Today I am sharing a card that will be a part of my Alice journal. The painting of the roses takes place in The Queen’s Garden of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Alice encounters the Gardeners painting the white roses red. They accidently planted white roses instead of red. If the Queen of Hearts discovers this error, their heads could be at risk!
Crafting away with my Blank Page Muse ALICE stamps. Lyneen here with on of my favorite themes ALICE in Wonderland. The two stamp sets are a fantastic buy. Today I am using the Rabbit image with the new Steampunk Romance: Digital Printable download created by Pam Bray Designs.
To make this card I used the following digital download and stamp set from Blank Page Muse:

Hi all, Monique here for today's inpsiration using Blank Page Muse Rubber Stamps.
My first introduction with Disney, other than Mickey and Donald, was Alice in Wonderland. My mother had 2 Disney books saved from her childhood, one was Snow White and the other was Alice. They were old books and a special edition from a Dutch Magazine in 1955, they had the Disney movie illustrations in them , decorated with gold leave, very pretty. They where kept at my grand parents house and when I was old enough to be able to read them , they where given to me.
Although I liked Snow White, I absolutely loved the weirdness of the Alice book. From that moment on I was an Alice fan.
When Alice was re released on video tape and later DVD , the love for Alice was passed on to my daughter, and we both like to collect Alice in Wonderland books and items.
So when I saw the Alice in Wonderland stamps at Blank Page Muse they had to be in my collection :-). I chose set 1 because it also has the Dodo on it. (I also looooove Dodo's lol)
Paperscraps (e.g. patterned paper, book paper, tea died paper)

In Keeping with this month's Weird and Wonderful theme, I decided to create a Art Journal page. What is more weird and wonderful than the world of Alice in Wonderland? I truly believe its a world where anything can happen
I chose to combine Blank Page Muse's Alice in Wonderland Characters Set 1 & Set 2 Art Rubber Stamps with Archival Inks and Glimmer Mist watercolor sprays. I was inspired thinking that Alice was sneaking a peek down the rabbit hole which is why she is upside down.
Hello! Susie on the blog today and we are celebrating Mad Hatter Day!
In the realm of Weird & Wonderful (our theme for the month!) there are none weirder or more wonderful than the characters found in the pages of Lewis Carroll's classic, Alice in Wonderland. Mad Hatter Day is celebrated on October 6th because the original illustration shows the character with a paper marked 10/6 in his hat (actually referring to the cost of the hat - 10 shillings and 6 pence). The stamp from Blank Page Muse does not actually include this detail but I decided to add it when I created a shrink plastic charm for my bracelet.
Time to play...
Supplies: Alice in Wonderland Characters Rubber Stamp Sheet Set 2
Archival ink, black
Stamping platform
Shrink plastic - I used Shrinky Dink for this project
Crop A Dile hole punch
Walnut Hollow Oil Color Pencils
Oven
Micron Pens
Traditions - Instant Gratification Bracelet and "We're All Mad Here" Focal Pendant
Split Rings
Directions:
Stamp image on shrink plastic with black Archival ink and allow to dry.
Color image on reverse side with oil colored pencils.
Trim out image with scissors.
Punch hole for hanging charm.
Optional: Use Micron Pen on front of shrink plastic to add in 10/6 on hat.
Bake/shrink according to manufacturer's directions.
Add charm to bracelet with split rings.
FYI: Here's a size comparison of the stamp and the finished charm.
Blank Page Muse actually has 2 sets of stamps with lots of the characters we know and love. Check them out and use this quick and easy idea to add a weird & wonderful character to your jewelry collection!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you find some time to play today!
Susie
