Alice in Wonderland -Weird and Wonderful Art Journal Page

In Keeping with this month's Weird and Wonderful theme, I decided to create a Art Journal page. What is more weird and wonderful than the world of Alice in Wonderland? I truly believe its a world where anything can happen

I chose to combine Blank Page Muse's Alice in Wonderland Characters Set 1 & Set 2 Art Rubber Stamps with Archival Inks and Glimmer Mist watercolor sprays.  I was inspired thinking that Alice was sneaking a peek down the rabbit hole which is why she is upside down.

Scrap Paper

Start by tearing a piece of scrap paper to mask your paper.

Stamp Diamond background from Blank Page Muse Classic Spark Rubber Stamp Set over mask to create border. 

Stamp images from Blank Page Muse's Alice in Wonderland Characters Set 1 & Set 2 

 Mist Paper are desired.

 Once Dry splatter with water as desired.

Unicorn Magical Artist Trading Coins

Distress Ink

Watercolor paper
Circle Punch

Ink -  Versamark, Archival

Holographic Embossing powder

Black Embossing powder

Sticker Sentiments

Start by creating your background by blending several colors of Distress Inks onto

Splatter with water if desired.  Stamp diamond background stamp from Blank Page Muse Classic Spark Stamp Set with archival ink.  While ink still wet add holographic embossing powder and heat emboss.

Stamp Blank Page Muse Unicorn Wishes Moon Stars & Words Art Rubber Stamp Set designed by Donna Gray  and emboss with black embossing powder.

Punch coins using circle punch.  I Saved the left over paper and created a bookmark (see below) 

Stamp back side of coins with Blank Page Muse Scribble Flowers Border Artist Trading Coins Stamp. Add sentiments to finish!

And here is a close up of the "scrap" book mark.

"Classic" Father's Day Card

Greetings!  Chris here and it's my turn to share this card I created for Blank Page Muse Stamps! For this card I paired the Seth Aptor Embossing Powders with the BPM Classic Spark Stamp Set.

Supplies used:

Seth Aptor Baked Texture Embossing Powder - Chunky Rust

BPM Classic Spark Stamp Set 

Card Base

Versamark Embossing Ink

Cardstock - Black, Kraft

Jute Twine

Black Embossing Powder

Sticker letters

Start by stamping car from BPM Classic Spark Stamp Set onto Kraft card stock with Embossing Ink.  Repeat stamping image to fill background. 

Add Seth Aptor Baked Texture Embossing Powder - Chunky Rust to images.  I love how thick and chunky this embossing powder is! Just look at all the colors in there!

Tap off excess embossing powder. Heat emboss. You can see all the colors in the examples below! 
It really looks like rust!

Mat onto black card stock and add to card base.

Create banner greeting by stamping "A Real Classic" with embossing powder onto Kraft card stock.

Emboss with black embossing powder.

Mat onto black card stock and wrap banner with jute twine and attach to card.

Finish card by adding DAD letter stickers.

Hi everyone! Leslie from Love To Scrap 2 here with you today to share a Blank Page Muse Inspiration Team project tutorial!

Supplies used:
Art Journaling #2 Rubber Stamp Set
Words by Jane Man & Woman Figures
Mannequin Dress Form Tags Rubber Stamp Set
Classic Spark Rubber Stamp Set
Synthetic paper
Alcohol inks (pink, orange and reds)
Black solvent ink, black distress ink and black dye ink
Alcohol markers
Watermark ink
Oval die
Clear embossing powder
Flat-back pearls
Fabric flower
Stamp positioner

Drop orange, pink and red alcohol ink along with blending solution, on a piece of synthetic paper. Repeat the process until you achieve the look you want. Allow to dry completely.

Trim the paper to ATC size (3.5" x 2.5") and stamp the brick background from the Art Journaling #2 Rubber Stamp set twice in a black solvent ink.

Stamp the sentiment from the Mannequin Dress form Tags Rubber Stamp set in black dye ink on ivory cardstock. Using a stamp positioner, stamp the woman from the Words by Jane Man & Woman Figures stamp set and the set of wings from the Classic Spark Rubber Stamp set, also in dye ink, and leave on the stamp positioner. Stamp the wings again in watermark ink over top the black ink and clear heat emboss. Color the woman and wings with alcohol markers.

Fussy cut the woman and the wings, and attach the wings to the woman. Die cut the sentiment. Arrange the woman, sentiment, some pearls and a fabric flower, and your ATC is complete. :)
