Christmas in July

 Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today using some amazing stamps from Blank Page Muse.


Stamps: Penguins On Ice

Need a sweet gift card holder for the holidays?
This easy to create card will have you making them for all holidays.



Cut green cardstock 4 1/4" x 11".
Score at 2 1/4" and 5 1/2" and fold on the scored lines.
Using a circle punch, punch a half circle on the 2 1/4" scored panel.
Place tape along the 2 edges and adhere to the card.


Slip a gift card in the pocket.
Cut cardstock and pattern paper to fit the base of the card.
Add a stamped phrase.


To complete the front of the card, cut red cardstock 3 7/8" x 5 1/4'.
Cut pattern paper slightly smaller.
Adhere to the pocket side of the card.
Add a stamped and matter sentiment.

Merry Christmas Cozy Snow Day by Steph

 Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today.

Today I am using some amazing products from Blank Page Muse and I Brake for Stamps.


I Brake for Stamps:  Pretty Winter Friends
Blank Page Muse Stencil:  Bones Snowflakes
Blank Page Muse Stamps:  Penguins on Ice


Since I wanted a snowflake background, I placed the stencil on gray cardstock.
Using modeling paste, I moved the stencil until I had the background I wanted.


Color the image with Copic Markers then fussy cut her.
Mat the panel with red cardstock and add a torn strip across the card.
Add the image to a die cut oval with foam adhesives for dimension.
Adhere to a white card.


Using blue ink, stamp assorted snowflakes on a white panel
Mat with red cardstock and add to the card base.
Stamp the sentiment in the center.

Stamp and mat Merry Christmas, adding it above the image.

Penguin Ornaments

 Hi everyone, are you getting ready for Christmas?  


I've created a fun set of ornaments today.

Supplies:

Blank Page Muse Stamp: Classic Christmas Stamp Set
Blank Page Muse Stamp: Penguins on Ice Winter Holiday Stamp Sheet
White, Green and Red cardstock
Coloring Medium:  Copics
Dies:  Spellbinders

Instructions:

Stamp and die cut the penguins using Spellbinders circle dies.



Color portions of the image with Copic Markers
Mat with red cardstock and add to Christmas ornaments
Add Noel to the reverse side

Add Nuvo Crystal Drops to the ornaments giving them a bit more shimmer and shine.



Add twine  to the ornament so they can be hung from the tree.  I think they'd even look sweet hanging from a Christmas package don't you?

Homespun Stamped Penguin Ornament

Greetings and welcome! 
Today I am sharing an ornament I made.
 As my tree has lots of handmade ornaments from years past, I wanted to create an ornament that had a "homespun" feel! And what better way to do that that with a little bit of canvas! 



 

Supplies needed:
Blank Page Muse Penguins on Ice Winter Holiday Rubber Stamp Set 
Canvas Square
Archival Ink
Water Color markers
 White Paint Pen
Jute
a Jingle Bell


Start by stamping your penguin from onto your canvas. 


Use your water color markers to color your image as desired. 


Once finished with your coloring, use a white paint pen to add snow to your image. 


Add a jute tie and bow and jingle bell to finish your ornament.

Merry Christmas Card

 With Christmas coming up fast, here's a quick last minute card to make!


Supplies:

Blank Page Muse Stamp: Christmas Classic Stamp Set
Blank Page Muse Stamp: Penguins on Ice Winter Holiday Stamp Sheet
White and Navy cardstock
Coloring Medium:  Copics
Ink:  Ranger Distress Oxide

Instructions:

Create a background of random snowflakes
Place the panel on blue cardstock and adhere to card base


Stamp the fence in black ink on white cardstock
Color the fence with Copic Markers
Add gray marker under the snow mounds for definition
Ink the background with light blue marker
Randomly stamp additional snow flakes above the fence
Tear the panel and mat with blue cardstock
Using dimensional adhesives, add the panel to the card
Use Nuvo Crystal Drops on the snow mounds along the fence


Stamp Merry Christmas on a scrap of white cardstock
Mat with navy cardstock and add to card
Place Nuvo Drops to the "i" in Christmas

Quick and easy Gift Tags

Welcome back! Our creative stamping challenge them this month is Easy Holiday Play! We're gonna leave it up to you how to interpret it! So come on back on link up you best physically stamped projects! We can't wait to play!

Now for some awesome EASY tags by Sharon!


 Have you ever run out of gift tags during the holidays? I have so many times. 
 Those last packages have been know to have a little torn piece of gift wrap for a tag. 
 This year I decided to get a head start and create some tags!


These tags feature Blank Page Muse's Penguins on Ice Winter Holiday Rubber Stamp Sheet.   

The little sign the girl is carrying is perfect for adding a name to!  

These tags are so simple, all you have to do is stamp your image onto kraft card stock using all your favorite colors of ink! The colors can coordinate with your gift wrap!

Snow Globe Holiday Ornament

Holiday Greeting to you!   I love snow globes and couldn't wait to try my hand at creating a shaker box ornament.

Supplies Needed

Snow Globe Shaker Box 
Crop a dile or hole punch 
Ink- embossing, Black
Gold Embossing Powder
Glimmer Mist
Glitter


Start by stamping and embossing flourish from Blank Page Muse Art Journaling #2 Rubber Stamp Set by Terri Sproul onto snow globe. Emboss with gold embossing powder.  Spray with Glimmer Mist.
While drying, stamp Blank Page Muse Penguins on Ice Winter Holiday Rubber Stamp Sheet  onto card stock and color as desired. Adhere to snow globe base. Adhere inner pieces of shadow box, punching a hole for holder in top of each piece. 

Add glitter then transparency. Finish with dry shaker top.  You can see how "snowy" the inside of my globe is.


Finish ornament with bow and tie.

Penguin Fun

Hello.  Gail here today with a terrible cute and very quick make.  


Blank Page Muse Stamps Used:
Curious Penguin with Small Fish

Other Materials:
White Card Base
Black Archival ink
Red and Yellow Sharpie
Pumice Stone, Stormy Sky, Salty, Spiced Marmalade Ocean Distress inks
Water Brush


Squuueeeeee!  Isn't that little penguin just adorbs???  This is Blank Page Muse Curious Penguin with Small Fish.  You can also buy this penguin and some others the same style plus a load of small stamps as a sheet, Penguins on Ice Winter Holiday Stamp Sheet.  I think I will be using these a lot LOL.  Anyway, stamp the penguin and fish with black archival and colour some details with a red and a yellow sharpie.  Use Pumice Stone distress ink and a water brush on the penguin and his scarf, and Spiced Marmalade on the fish.  Do a water colour wash of Stormy Sky and Salty Ocean distress inks to make the background.  I did think about stamping Merry Christmas, but then I thought it could be a Hi! card.  Or a Hello Friend card.  Or a Hope you have a nice day card.  So many possibilities.
