Steampunk Envelopes

Hello there all you crafty stampers! My muse this month is the nautical theme! Jess here with you today to share a fun way of giving your cards to your friends. Instead of those old-fashioned square or rectangular envelopes, let's spruce up some bland looking pocket envelopes together today using some delicious nautical steampunk stamps!

Product List:
Fancy Pants: Paper Envelops
Canvas Corp Brands: Tattered Angels Shimmer Sprays - Lime Luster, Sapphire
Prima Marketing: Finnabair Art Daily - Word Sentiments
Ranger Ink: Archival Ink Pad - Black
Ranger Ink: Texture Paste
Tim Holtz: Stencil - Speckles THS 021

Let's begin with our blank envelopes, use the stencil with the texture paste.
Once the paste is dry (about 10 minutes), distress the edges with black ink.
Next, use your favorite shimmer sprays and begin splattering the envelopes until you achieve the desired look.
Check out all that beautiful texture and shimmer! Such a beautiful sight, don't you think?!
Here are some close-ups of each stamp I used for your viewing pleasure! I hope you like them!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I look forward to seeing you next time!
