Hello Blank Page Muse fans.  Gail here today.  This month the team is looking at Mothers Day, and using die cuts and embossing.  I made with a mixed media tag featuring the beautiful Phoebe art doll stamp, for all the mothers.

Take a manila tag and use a brayer to apply red and yellow acrylic paint.

Stamp Versamark ink with the Grungy Brick stamp and emboss with Deep Sea Baked Texture embossing powder

Use a flat fan brush and edge the tag with more of the red acrylic paint.

Sprinkle Leaf Green and Emerald Brusho powder onto a piece of handmade paper and spritz generously with water.

Stamp Phoebe in Profile using black archival onto the brusho paper, fussy cut and colour hair, face and flowers with Promarkers.  Select a quarry gemstone for her to carry.  Stamp the small star from the Phoebe set using Staz-on on gold mirror card and fussy cut.  Stick it behind the gemstone.

Add some white gel pen highlights around the star and die cut the birds from steel blue card.

Lastly add some pretty string and we are done!!

Thanks for dropping by.  I hope you get the chance to get crafty today.  Hugz
