Grow Old Friends

 Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today using some amazing stamps from Blank Page Muse.


Stamps: Old Friends, Butterfly Breezes Clear Stamp Set


This card is one that was created from one sheet of double sided pattern paper.
I loved the floral pattern, but didn't want to cover it in any way.

I began by fussy cutting the floral pattern, then matting on cardstock and fussy cutting that.

Using the reverse side of the pattern paper, cut a diagonal shape and mat with cardstock.

Cut the orange panel to fit the card base, then adhere the diagonal shape in the right corner.
Place the floral panel next with foam adhesives for dimension.


Use the same papers inside the card.
Stamp the phrase, mat with cardstock and add to the card.


Stamp and punch out the sentiment for the front panel.
Slip a small tag behind the floral image.
Finish by adding stickles about the panel.

Two different tags


Sue here showing you that you can go out of your comfort zone sometimes.

                  The child with butterfly wings is my going out of my comfort zone.
The image is what is out of my comfort zone, but I stayed in my comfort zone by coloring with my color pencils.

Happy Floral Tag

 Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here using some amazing stamps from Blank Page Muse.



Stamps used: Butterfly Breezes, You Make Me Happy 
Stencil used:  Clouds and Drops Mixed Media Stencil

Starting with a large tag, I used assorted Distress Oxide Inks to create the background.
Next, I added some clouds using the Clouds and Drips Stencil.

Sunflowers Card

 Hello Crafty Friends! Kelly here, guest designing on the blog featuring Blank Page Muse stamps today using the Butterfly Breezes stamp set.  This set has the flower, several sentiments, and some butterflies and it is a great set to use for all kinds of cards and artwork. 

To start this slimline card, I cut my cardstock to size then decided on what two colors for backgrounds I wanted to use. I then stamped my sunflowers out and colored them with colored pencils. I then fussy cut them out and placed them down the side of the card (some of them are popped up with foam tape) and stamped the sentiment on the panel, then added some sequins.

Butterfly Breezes Slimline Card

I just love all things butterflies. In Chinese culture, butterflies symbolize love, beauty, and good luck. You will almost always see butterflies in Chinese paintings. I am lucky to live in a state that has lots of butterflies. All I need to do is step into my backyard to see them.  

I love butterfly stamps and this set from Blank Page Muse called Butterfly Breezes Clear Stamp Set is so beautiful! It comes with three butterflies, a large sunflower, and a sentiment! I used two of the butterflies on my slimline card, the sentiment, and the sunflower three times.
