ATC fun with the Wizard!

Hello All Lanette Here!

Today I'm going to share a few Wizard of Oz ATC Cards created using the fun Wizard and Dorothy art rubber stamps set.

First lets take a look at my finished ATC's ,then we can take a look at how I made one of them :)

Sin City Supplies UsedWizard and Dorothy art rubber Stamps et & Art Journal 3 Stamp Set

Other Supplies Used: Stazon Ink, Faber Castell Markers, Faber Castell Gelatos, Art Anthology Sorbet, Art Anthology Colorations Spray, Misc Stencil, Kaisercraft Rhinestones, Distress Markers, Glossy Accents & Foam dots.

Now lets look at my process......

First I stared by building my blue background. I used a bit of Gelato and a touch of gesso to make the sky. To add a bit of movement I stamped a few of the swirls from the Art Journal 3 Stamp Set using gelatos ad ink.

Next I stamped my image a few times using waterproof ink of coarse. I stamped my ATC, and another watercolor tag for all the extras I needed to cut out. I used Dorthy standing in Sunflowers from the Wizard and Dorothy art rubber stamp set.

Then I moved on to coloring, I used a bit of Distress Markers for this :)

Now it was time to add the grass. To create the crass I used a thin brush and more Gelato.

Next it was time to cut all my bits and pieces out.
(I cut Dorthy out and two additional sunflowers.)

After cutting all my bits I placed them on my ATC, I even gave my Sunflowers a little pop with a couple foam dots. To finish the ATC off I edged it with my Black PITT Marker.

And there you have it a quick ATC to trade with your artsy pals!! Before you go lets take another look at all four tags....
