Happy Easter

 Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today using stencils and stamps from Blank Page Muse.


Blank Page Muse Rubber Stamps: Easter Full Sheet
Blank Page Muse Stencil: ButterflyTrails


Using purple ink and the stencil, cover a sheet of purple paper.


Cut the stenciled panel to size, mat with purple cardstock and add to card.
Tear a strip of purple cardstock and adhere across the card.


Stamp the image and color with assorted Copic Markers.
Die cut into shape and mat with a larger die.


Add to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

Easter Pop Up Card

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here sending Happy Easter greetings using an assortment of stamps from Blank Page Muse. I Brake for Stamps and all brands found there are now available at blankpagemuse.com


Blank Page Muse Stamps:  Easter Full Sheet

Start by creating a top fold card base using kraft cardstock.
Decorate the cover with cardstock and pattern papers.
Ink a wood word to complete the card.


Use Copic markers to color the Angel Egg, then fussy cut.

To create the inside of the card, use a set of pop up dies on the cardstock.


Stamp and emboss the large Easter Eggs using assorted colors of ink.
Fussy cut and adhere them to the pop up elements.
Add the Angel Egg to the front pop up element.


The card folds flat for mailing, then "pops up" once removed from it's envelope.

Happy Easter

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here sharing a sweet Easter card using an assortment of stamps from Blank Page Muse.



Blank Page Muse Stamps 
Easter Full Sheet
Special Day Clear Stamps


Stamp and emboss the Easter basket.
After coloring with Copic Markers, fussy cut the image.


Create a 6" x 6" card from orange cardstock.
Cut Easter paper 5 1/4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to a panel of blue cardstock.
Tear a strip of pattern paper, add to a torn panel of cream cardstock, then adhere to the wordy paper.
Next, ink a doily and add to the card.
Adhere the Easter basket with foam adhesives for dimension.


Cut a panel of cream cardstock for the interior of the card and stamp several Easter Eggs in assorted colors along the bottom of the panel.
Stamp sentiment in black ink.
Ink the edges of the panel and add to the card.

Belated Happy Easter

Easter Scene Card

Hello! Welcome back to the BPM blog. I am so glad you are here. Easter is just a few days away which inspired me to create this card.

I used the products below in today's project: 

I am trying out a new technique on this project which is the Distress Crayons direct to rubber stamp coloring. I have watched videos on this technique but instead of using Distress Crayons, watercolor crayons were used. The Distress Crayons, being water reactive, produced the same artsy look to the stamped images. 


I used the stencil to create embossed clouds on the sky. With the embossing, I was able to blend blue inks to create the sky of the scene. 

Isn't the bunny cute as he looks at the large eggs? Bunnies are close to my heart. They are so fun to watch as they hang out at our backyard.

Spring Bunny

Hello from design team member, Heidi.

Today I would like to share this cute spring bunny.  She is peeking out of a spring meadow.  

How I did this card was starting with watercolor paper.  I took 3 shades of Distress inks and sponged them on the side of my panel. I didn’t bother doing any masking or anything, just sponged them on and blended.  The colors are Scattered Straw, Mowed Lawn and Broken China.  I then splattered some clean water on to get texture, and then, I splattered some water colored with the Broken China blue ink to get some colored texture.  


After this dried, I stamped my bunny over top with Versafine Black ink.  I used water based markers to fill in the image and then blended it with a wet brush.  

After adding this sentiment on a green strip and matting with the same color, I finished the card with a few different tiny orange gems.  

I really like the spring look of this card!  I hope it gives you an idea too.

The stamp I used is from the I Brake for Stamps store and it is called Large Rabbit.  It is available both separate and as a part of this great set called MS110 Full Plate.

Mini Stamps Big Impact

Hi Chris here today sharing this cute Easter tag using the mini stamp from the Anime Fairies 2 Stamp set.  


Supplies needed to create this tag:
Manilla Tag
Sin City Stencil Template #20
Tim Holtz Distress Inks -Old Paper, Walnut Ink
Tim Holtz Distress Markers- Spiced Marmalade, Wild Honey, Pickled Raspberry, Shaded Lilac, Stormy Sky
Embossing Folder-Darice
Sizzix Die- bunny
Vellum
Staz-on Ink
Copic Markers - B24, Y15, YR04, R04, V06
Scenic Route Stickers
Ribbon
Liquid Pearls


I started by inking over the Stencil #20 template using the Old Paper Distress ink.


I then embossed the tag with my embossing folder. A little hint, I partially cut along the fold of the embossing folder just enough to allow the tag to slip through the embossing folder.

 Here is the result.

I then stamped some mini flowers on the embossed image using the mini flower stamp from the Anime Fairies 2 collection.  I used the Distress markers to color directly on the stamps .  I stamped the flowers in multiple colors.  I added Liquid Pearls to the center of each flower. 


I then stamped the mini butterfly from this set onto vellum with Staz-on and then colored the back sid of the image with Copic markers. After fussy cutting the butterflies I attached them to the tag. 






I trimmed off the bottom of the tag that was not embossed.  I die cut out the bunny and inked edges of the bunny with Walnut Distress Ink and added the bunny to the bottom of the tag.



I added some ribbon and Baker's twine and matted the tag on card stock to finish off the tag.

 I had so much fun creating this tag I decided to use the same techniques and stamps to create this card.
I sprayed Glimmer Mist all over the tag.  After embossing the tag I "painted" the vines and flowers with distress ink and my water brush.  The butterflies were stamped on cardstock and then punched out with the Martha Stewart butterfly punch.  I  layered the flowers from Petaloo with Fabri-Tac from Beacon Adhesives and added microbeads to the centers of the flowers using Gem Tac from Beacon Adhesives. Sweet Easter Greetings

 Greetings!  Today I am excited to share this sweet Easter card I created for a dear church friend.  I Brake For Stamps He is the Reason  is so pretty and pair perfectly with the Sweet Passion 6x6 inch sheets Paper Pack.  I just love all the colors and variations in these paper packs. 



Supplies Needed:

I Brake For Stamps He is the Reason 

Blank Page Muse Sweet Passion 6x6 inch sheets Paper Pack designed by Pam Bray

Scalloped Frame and square die, Ink, Markers


Start by stamping your I Brake For Stamps He is the Reason  onto your cardstock.  I choose to use grey archival inks so I could use water color markers for blending the cross.  I stamped my image on a rotated die cut square.  




Color your image as desired. 



Cut papers from the Sweet Passion 6x6 inch sheets Paper Pack to create blocked background.  


Adhere stamped image to center of card. 


Finish card by adding scalloped frame around stamped image.

Beary Happy Easter

  Greetings!  Today I am excited to share this sweet Easter card I created for  my sweet grandbaby! These shy bears are so fun and pair perfectly with the Sweet Passion 6x6 inch sheets Paper Pack.  I just love all the colors and variations in these paper packs. 




Supplies Needed:

I Brake for Stamps Easter Egg Shy Bear 

Blank Page Muse Sweet Passion 6x6 inch sheets Paper Pack designed by Pam Bray

Scalloped Frame die, Ink, Markers, stickles


Start by stamping your I Brake for Stamps Easter Egg Shy Bear  onto your cardstock.  I choose to use grey  inks.  Begin coloring your image. 


Continue coloring your bear. 




Cut papers to fit your card base.   Die cut scalloped frame from the center of your papers. 


Layer die cut frame over your stamped image. 



Add stickles to highlight your colored eggs.
