Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today using stamps from Blank Page Muse.
Blank Page Muse Rubber Stamps: Lexi with Balloons
Color image with Copic Markers.
To die cut her, first cut around the balloons to keep them intact and place the die over the image, but behind the balloons.
Mat with a larger die.
Create a blue card and add a second white layer.
Emboss another blue layer and adhere to the card.
Add the image to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.
