Card & Envelope Set Using Digital Printer Paper

Hello! Welcome back to the BPM blog. Today's project was created using the Blank Page Muse Digital Page with Small Calendar and Versatile Love-Themed Images 2024 February Pam Bray Designs. 

This digital download comprises of two strips of patterned papers and ephemera that work well with each other taking off the guess work of matching images and patterns. This digital download is also very affordable. 


From the digital download set, I was able to create a card and envelope set. 



The digital downloads, once printed, are alterable. You can doodle on it using special pen or add shimmer to the image or add sequins. The options are endless. Just let your imagination flow.

How to Create a Stamped Mixed Media Canvas

 Greetings!   Today I am excited to share this mixed media canvas I created using some of my favorite Blank Page Muse stamps! These stamps have been my GO TO stamps for many projects! 


 


This Canvas Features

Blank Page Muse Butterfly Stamp ( No longer available) 

Start by stamping your images onto your canvas. I started with my diamond background stamps from the Blank Page Muse Classic Spark Rubber Stamp set. I was a little light on my inking and so my stamp didn't transfer completely.  But I wasn't worried because I was going to layer additional stamps. 


Layer the Blank Page Muse Brick Wall Section Art Rubber Stamp by Terri Sproul over your canvas. 
Fill in the background of your canvas with Blank Page Muse Sequin Waste Light Art Rubber Stamp by Terri Sproul and the Blank Page Muse Tape Measure Piece Art Rubber Stamp. 


Blend distress inks over your canvas in your desired colors. 

Stamp your Blank Page Muse Vintage Mannequin Dress Form Lace Fan Butterfly Pattern Tags Rubber Stamp Set onto card stock and fussy cut.  Blend ink over your stamped image. 


the wings were made with paper clay and a mold.  Once dry I added some pigment rubs onto the wings . 


Add your cut body and wings to your stamped canvas. Finish off your canvas with a chipboard quote or saying.

Stamping over Left Over Die Cuts

Hello! Welcome back to the BPM blog. Do you have a lot of negative die cuts in your stash? Today's project features a way to use those left over scraps. 


I have collected this square die cuts from a plaid die that I have used over and over. I did not want to put these squares to waste so I stored it in one of the compartments of my gems holder. I arranged these squares to create a colored tile pattern. It might look tedious especially since these squares are less than an inch in size but if you enjoy working with puzzles and/or quilting, then this should be easy-peasy for you.

Once I have adhered the squared pattern on a 5 1/2" by 4 1/4" typing paper, I stamped the Blank Page Muse Floray Spray Sunflowers Chrysanthemum Line Art rubber stamp to the squared panel. A stamping tool is a must for this step. Since this is a large stamp and there are height differences with the paper I used on the panel, I need to re-stamp the image after embossing it with a glittered black embossing powder. 


I added a frame and an embossed sentiment to the panel to finish the project. 

I hope you like today's project. I encourage you to look in your stash and give those left over die cuts a new life. You can replicate this project with larger shaped polygon die cuts like a triangle, rectangle, octagon, etc.

Thinking About You

Welcome by today, everyone.  It's your friend, Karen Letchworth here today with a pretty card using Blank Page Muse Stamps and Stencil.  The background was created using the beautiful Butterfly Trails Stencil.   This is an awesome Stencil that I use a lot.
The sentiment I used can be found in the Special Day Birthday Hugs Stamp Set and the foliage, flowers and hummingbird can be found in the You Make Me Happy Hummingbird Stamp Set.  By combining these two fabulous stamp sets, I was easily able to create a pretty card.  Blank Page Muse makes it easy to create wonderful cards for every style of stamping.

Stamping on Wood - Timeless Romance Classic 2/20/2024

Hey, friends!

I’m back on the Blank Page Muse blog today with a unique, fun project.  I knew the minute that I saw the Romance Classic stamps that I wanted to make a card that was a vintage looking book with wooden pages.  These images lend themselves so well to a vintage wood burned look when stamping with a dark brown ink on wood.  There is plenty of space on the inside of the front and back covers to write a message to the recipient.

Time Flies: It's up to You to Navigate!

 Hi Creative Fans!

Today I am sharing a mixed media journal page using stamps available in store plus collage image and stencil from my stash.


Stamps used:

I had a page in my journal that I had painted with excess paint so I decided to finish it off with a Steampunk theme.

I added texture paste through a stencil and once dried I painted over the texture with Lindy's Magicals.
I stamped the little cogs/gears stamp over the background. I added embellishments, bits of washi and book page along with a fab Steampunk college image from my local scrapbook store!

Happy Hummingbird

 Happy Hummingbird

Sue here with my Blank Page Muse blog post.  I'm bring a little spring to you, even though it is winter here where I live.


The coloring for these two hummingbirds was done with Prisma color pencils.  
In the close up view you can see all the fun, and bright colors.  I like it when the stamp set has saying ... that way can stamp a full card without having to go anywhere else.  I did use a background I had in my stash which is the duo printing w/chlorophyll.

The Rabbit in Wonderland
