Creating a Water Color Scene with your Stamps

Aloha!   Beachy Summer greetings!  I have recently taken a few water color painting classes and today I am excited to share a  easy water color scene you can create with you Blank Page Muse Stamps.
I have included a detailed step by step tutorial below.

Supplies used
Water Color Paper
Distress Inks and markers ( or other Water Color ink and markers)
Water Brush

Start your project by determining your horizon line. Stamp mountains from Blank Page Muses Mountains & Beaches Rubber Stamps using  two different colors of Distress Inks.  You can see that I did not bother with masking the images.

Using a water brush, pull ink from stamped images.  Be sure to pull ink along stamped lines.

Ink palm tree and stamp onto paper.

Use a water brush to spread ink. Then add sand with ink and water brush.

Stamp blue ink onto non-stick surface and add water. use to paint sky.

Using the same technique mix several blues to create waves of ocean.  Be sure to add ink in straight lines to simulate the waves.

I hope you are inspired to get inky! Be sure to follow us for more fun creations!
