Dandelion Gift Bag & Tag

     Hello, everyone!  Samantha here. I love using gift bags to give gifts because I'm not the best at wrapping them. One of the things I've recently begun doing is buying plain gift bags and decorating them myself. That way I don't have to worry about not having the right themed bag for whatever the occasion might be.

     For this simple project you will need:

• A Kraft paper gift bag
• A Kraft paper tag
• Twine or ribbon
• Versamark Watermark ink
• White embossing powder
• One of the dandelions, dandelion seeds, and the 'make a wish' stamps from the Dandelion Wishes with Butterflies Art Rubber Stamp Sheet by Terri Sproul


     After applying a generous amount of anti static powder stamp the dandelion stamp to the gift bag and heat emboss with white embossing powder. Repeat on the other side.


     Dust on your anti-static powder and use Versamark Watermark ink to stamp the dandelion seeds and the 'make a wish' images to your tag. Emboss with white embossing powder.



   If you have any stray flecks of embossing powder use a white gel pen to add small dots all over, thus disguising those imperfections and making them appear intentional.
     Use a bit of ribbon or twine to tie the tag to the handle of the gift bag. That's it! Simple but very pretty.  I think that this design would be perfect for a birthday, baby shower, graduation, or many other gift giving occasions.
