Pumpkin Patch

Hi everyone, Steph Ackerman here today.

Today I am using some amazing products from Blank Page Muse.

Blank Page Muse Stamps:
Fall Word and Pumpkin from the Fall Collection 2

Cut white cardstock 4 1/2" x 5 1/2".
Using the leaf stamp, ink it with distress inks in yellow, orange and green.
Stamp and repeat until the panel is filled with pretty leaves.

Ink the edges of the panel with green ink.
Stamp the pumpkin image on orange cardstock with black ink and emboss.

Mat the panel with orange cardstock.
Fussy cut the pumpkins, place one on the background and place pop dots on the 2nd one.
Stamp Fall and place across the pumpkins.
Stamp Pumpkin Patch on white cardstock, tear and ink the edges, matting with orange cardstock.
Add it to the card with foam adhesives for dimension.

Thanks for stopping by.

Fall Leaves ATCs

Hello!  Susie on the blog today and I am still playing with leaves!

I swap ATC's (Artist Trading Card) with some of my friends and we tend to make the themes of the swaps seasonal.  I absolutely adore all of the stamps in the The Femmes collection, but they are too large to fit on an ATC.  This month I decided to use only a part of one of those images and I think it worked out beautifully!

Time to play...

Supplies:
The Femmes Fall Leaves Lady stamp, large
Clearsnap ColorBox Blends inks by Eileen Hull
Watercolor paper cut to ATCs - 2.5"x3.5"
Authentique  Paper
cardstock

Directions:
  • Position your stamp on a stamping platform and stamp image on a scrap paper.
  • Position ATC sized watercolor paper on top of the scrap paper to catch the part of the design you want.
  • Use a small amount of double sided adhesive on the back to hold it in place.
  • Stamp image.
  • Repeat this process until you have the correct number of ATCs for your swap.
  • Color images as desired.

When your ATCs are finished you can swap them *OR*  you can use them as focal images on cards!
(What a great idea!)

Looking at my collection of The Femmes stamps, I can definitely see more ATCs in my future!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you find some time to play today!
