Cover your tag with white cardstock and ink with Distress inks and oxides. Spritz with water to get drip patterns.
Using a light brown Archival Ink cover the entire tag with the Small Crackle Pattern Stamp.
Using a darker brown Archival ink stamp the Sequin Waste Light Art Stamp in random areas on the background. Darken edges with Distress Ink. Flick on acrylic paint in black and copper. Set aside to dry.
Using a stamp platform stamp out the Mannequin Dress Form Butterfly Stamp using Archival Ink. Find butterfly wings that fit the approximate size of the wings on the stamp. Adhere the wings using adhesive tape and color the wings on the stamp using Distress Crayon and a waterbrush. The goal is to make it appear that the wings are part of the original image. The colors aren't as vibrant on the mannequin, but it gives it a great vintage feel.
Ink your mannequin to look vintage.
Die cut a piece of honeycomb out of purple cardstock and adhere to the bottom of the tag.
Add velvet and paper flowers to the corner.
Adhere your mannequin allowing one wing to hang off the side of the tag.
Add your sentiment and sari ribbon. Finish the tag by marking edges using a black pen.
