Christmas Dove Card

Hello!! Kelly here today with a beautiful Christmas Card using Blank Page Muse Stamps!
The dove stamp that I have used is simply gorgeous!

Supplies -
Dove Peace Stamp by Pam Bray
Wild Berries Background by Pam Bray
Perfect Pearls Sunflower Sparkle
Black cardstock
red cardstock
Kraft card base and envelope
Tombow markers red, green and gray
VersaMark Nocturne ink
VersaFine clear embossing ink
small pieces of watercolor paper

Step 1 - Stamp the dove image onto white watercolor paper and using the Tombow markers, color the image then wipe with a damp brush to get a watercolor effect. Set aside to dry.

Step 2 - Using the VersaFine embossing ink, stamp the Wild Berries background onto black cardstock then brush Perfect Pearls Sunflower Sparkle over the image, when finished, brush off extra Perfect Pearls. This can then be sealed with a spritz of water or a spray sealer of your choice.

Step 3 - Now its time to assemble the card. Cut out the red layer to be just a bit smaller than your Kraft card base, then cut the black stamped background slightly smaller than the red layer, glue these together and add the dove image on the top half of the card.

You can add a sentiment but I decided the card front was too beautiful for a sentiment and will add one on the inside later.

Tip - I use cold press watercolor paper and instead of using the front bumpy side, I stamp on the smooth backside of the paper for the best results.
