A Card for all seasons

Hello everyone, Astrid here from the UK
Though everyone's head is probably full of Thanksgiving and other Autumn/Fall projects, I thought I would share a card suitable for all season's even though I mainly used Pam Bray's Fall Collection 2 set.
These are the stamps and products I used:
Stamps
Pam Bray Fall Collection 2
Pocket Watch
Banner of Love
Other products
Kraft Card 6 x6 folded card blank
Prima 6 x 6 Fairy Rhymes paper pad
Ranger Archival Jet Black Ink
Ranger Distress Inks in Bundled Sage, Vintage Photo, Gathered Twigs, Walnut Stain, Victorian Velvet
Home made heart shaped Shrink plastic button
Sewing Machine
Smooth stamping card
Perfect Pearls (or any other) Gold Spray
Home made Spray using Victorian Velvet re-inker
Basic Craft Kit, scissors, ruler, adhesive etc.

1. I started by choosing a couple of matching 6 x 6 papers and cutting them to 5 3/4 square and 5 1/2" square respectively. I distressed the edges  and then sewed around them with a basic running stitch on my sewing machine. (note do this before adhering them to your card blank).

2. As this is one sided paper and the second piece is folded over in one corner, you also need to adhere a small piece of matching paper to the top right of your second paper.
As you can see from the photo, I did it wrong first time round lol, but luckily it does not show, - embrace imperfection as they say.
3. Stamp the different elements you want to use on smooth stamping card, fussy cut them and then colour with Distress Inks.

As you can see, I stamped the leaves in Bundled Sage Distress Inks and then coloured with the same ink and a bit of Vintage Photo, I also gave them a quick spray with some gold for a bit of shimmer.
The flowers were stamped in Black Archival onto the rest of the paper used for the corner, fussy cut and darkened with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink and then shaped and layered. Love these flowers!
The clock and banner were stamped onto white card in Black Archival and coloured with Vintage Photo.
4. Layer everything up to get a composition that you like, embellish with a button and add a few quick sprays with the home made spray for a little more drama and definition.

Well, there you have it. Hope you like my card.
Thank you for visiting have a creative inky day and see you next time!
