Mermaid swim card

 Good morning, Cathy here with a summer card for you. 

                                                                          Stamps Used:

                                                                    Mermaid with flower

                                                                    flower and leaves border

                                                                                Paper:

                                                                     cyan consortium paper

* Stamp and color mermaid.

* Cut out and edge with black marker.

* Stamp mermaid on the paper and stamp "seaweed" at the bottom. 

* Color the "seaweed " with acrylic paint markers.

* Glue cut out mermaid over the stamped one on the paper.

 * Add some glitter to the fins.

* Add an octopus die cut to the side of the card.
